CIVIL APPLICATION (F) NO.274/2025, 273/2025 AND 275/2025:

These are applications seeking condonation of delay, setting aside abatement and permission to bring legal representative of deceased respondent no.3 on record. There is a delay of 331 days in filing application for bringing legal representative s on record. The respondent no.2 is son of deceased respondent no.3, who was already on record. The estate was thus, represented by a legal representative. In view of the aforesaid, the application for condonation of delay, setting aside abatement and bringing legal representatives is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks.
