By this application, the respondent No.1 is seeking clarification in the order dated 15.10.2024 and consequently in the judgment and order dated 11.07.2024 regarding compensation amount.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 submitted that pursuant to order dated 26.09.2012 passed by the Tribunal, the respondent No.1 has already deposited the decreetal amount of Rs.15,45,488/- towards compensation alongwith accrued interest before the Tribunal, and therefore, this fact is required to be incorporated in the judgment and order order dated 11.07.2024.

Accordingly, at the bottom of the judgment and order dated 11.07.2024, following para shall be added as under :
41 CAF-281-2025 "16.
The respondent No.1 has already deposited the decreetal amount of Rs.15,45,488/- towards compensation alongwith accrued interest before the Tribunal to which the claimants are entitled. The respondent No.1 shall pay remaining compensation amount of Rs.18,86,272/- alongwith accrued interest at the rate of 7.5% per annum from the date of petition till realization."

The judgment and order dated 11.07.2024 be corrected and uploaded accordingly.

The civil application is disposed of.
