Vide Judgment and Order dated 30/4/2024, the Appellant was directed to deposit enhanced amount of compensation on or before 30/10/2024. Admittedly, the amount is not deposited till date.

Ms. Chaubey, learned Counsel for the Appellant seeks extension of two months for depositing the amount. Extension is granted by way of last chance.

The Appellant is put to notice that in the event the amount is not deposited within the extended period of two months, this Court may be constrained to take appropriate action for non-compliance of the order against the Officer responsible. 4.

Put up the Civil Application for further orders after two months.
