By the order of this Court dated 26/09/2025, the matter was referred for Mediation.

Accordingly, the report of Mediation is received. As per the Mediation Report, the matter is settled between the parties, and the Terms of Compromise were also entered into between the parties on 23/12/2025. The Terms of Compromise is duly signed by the appellant as well as claimant. The respective counsels have verified their clients. 4.

In view of the above, the present appeal stands disposed of in terms of Compromise, particularly clauses (i) to (vi). The decree be drawn accordingly.

It is further made clear that, as per clause (iv) of the Terms of Compromise, the respondent is permitted to withdraw the balance amount along with accrued interest thereon.
