In view of dismissal of the Appeal for want of prosecution, Civil Application is allowed.

In view of Affidavits filed by the Applicant Nos.2, 3 and 4 as Annexure-A-5 to A-7 to the Civil Application, the amount be disbursed along with the accrued interest to the Applicant No.1-Smt.Ramabai Haridas Meshram. The amount be transferred in the bank account, details thereof are given in the prayer clause of the Civil Application.
