Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 states that in connected matter, vide order dated 22/01/2025 passed in Civil Application (CAF) No.3764/2024 in First Appeal No.1204/2024, respondents / original claimants were permitted to withdraw the entire amount along with accrued interest. 6.

Learned counsel for the appellant does not dispute the statement.

In view of the aforesaid, civil application is disposed by permitting the claimant to withdraw the amount of compensation along with accrued interest till date, from the Office of Registrar, Land Acqusition, Resettlement and Rehabilitation Authority, Nagpur on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the said Authority.
