This Application is filed by the Respondent No.1/Original Claim Petitioner seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the Appellant with this Court, in compliance of order dated 2/7/2024 granting stay to the execution of the impugned Judgment and Award.

The compensation awarded is a meager amount of Rs.1,30,000/-. In the case of the wife, in Civil Application (CAF) No. 437/2025 in First Appeal No. 882/2024, this Court, vide order dated 11/2/2025, granted permission to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited along with accrued interest, on furnishing usual undertaking.

In view of the aforesaid, Civil Application is disposed of, granting permission to the Respondent No.1 to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited by the Appellant along with accrued
