The learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 submits that in connected matter, vide order dated 22/1/2025 passed in Civil Application (CAF) No.3764/2024 in First Appeal No. 1204/2024, the Respondents/Original Claimants were permitted to withdraw the entire amount of compensation along with accrued interest.

The learned Counsel for Appellant does not dispute the statement.

In view of the aforesaid, Civil Application is disposed of, by permitting the Respondent No.1/Claimant to withdraw the amount of compensation along with accrued interest till date,
