No. 517/2026 in First Appeal No.148/2025 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 10.02.2026 The civil application is filed by appellant under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon Respondent No.5 by way of paper publication. It is stated in the application that the Respondent No.5 could not be served for want of correct address. Further, it is stated in the application that the appellant tried to ascertain another address of Respondent No.5, however appellant have no other address except mentioned in the cause title. Thus, the appellant wants to serve Respondent No.5 by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Substituted service be effected upon aforesaid Respondent No.5 by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Lokmat (Marathi)" in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
