NO. 546/2025 IN FIRST APPEAL NO. 848/2024 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 18/02/2025 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon R.No. 1 by way of paper publication. It is stated in the application that appellant is not aware of the changed address of the R.No. 1, so the appellant prays for substituted service.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid R.No. 1 by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily Marathi newspaper 'Punya Nagri' Yavatmal Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.

In the meantime, counsel to file civil application for correct address of R.No. 2.
