Considering the applications and the grounds set out in both the applications, the applications are allowed. 3.

The delay of 1535 days caused while lodging the application for bringing legal heirs of deceased appellant no. 1 on record is hereby condoned. The abatement is set aside and the appellants are permitted to bring the legal heirs of deceased appellant no. 1 on record.

The necessary amendment be carried out within a period of 15 days from today.
