This is an application seeking stay to the judgment and order passed by the Land Acquisition, Resettlement and Rehabilitation Authority, Nagpur dated 30.8.2024.

Learned Advocate for the appellant states that the appellant is ready to deposit the entire decretal amount along with accrued interest thereon within a period of eight weeks from today. 6.

The effect and operation of judgment and order dated 30.8.2024 shall stand stayed during the pendency of the present appeal subject to depositing the entire decretal amount along with accrued interest thereon by the appellant within a period of eight weeks from today.
