The appellant has filed this application seeking stay to the judgment and order dated 24.4.2024 passed by the Commissioner under Employees Compensation Act and Judge 3 Labour Court, Nagpur. The appellants has deposited the amount along with accrued interest thereon before the Labour Court.

The effect and operation of judgment and order dated 24.4.2024 is stayed till next date of hearing. 5.
