This is an application for permission to withdraw the amount of compensation.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that pursuant to the order dated 10.12.2024, the entire amount of the award has been deposited before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nagpur.

Considering the grounds raised in the appeal, 50% of the amount fell in the share of respondent no.1 along with accrued interest is allowed to be withdrawn by him on usual undertaking.

The application is allowed and disposed of. No costs.
