Considering the grounds raised in the appeal, submissions of the learned counsel for the respective parties and the fact that in another connected appeal i.e. First Appeal No. 1003/2023, this Court has already granted permission to withdraw 50% of the decretal amount to the claimants hence, respondent no. 1 is permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount along with accrued interest on usual undertaking. 3.
