The respondents have filed the present application to withdraw the amount which is deposited by the appellants. 7.

For the reasons stated in the application, 50% of the amount deposited by the appellant is permitted to be withdrawn by the Corrected as per order Dated 24.7.22025 respondents by providing solvent surety or security for 25% amount and 25% amount be allowed to be withdrawn on usual undertaking. 8.

The Registry to verify documents and disburse 50% amount in equal shares to the respondents.
