NO. 1027/2021 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 25/02/2025 The civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for substituted service upon R.No. 4 by way of paper publication. It is stated in the application that the address in the appeal was the same address which was given in the Trial Court and it was her last known address. So, appellant prays for substituted service.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the appellant is allowed to serve aforesaid respondent by substituted service on the last known address by paper publication.

Substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Dainik Bhaskar' Rajnandgaon in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
