By this application, respondent nos.1 to 3 and 5 are seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, respondent nos.1 to 3 and 5 are permitted to withdraw 50% of their share in the decreetal amount alongwith interest accrued thereon on furnishing usual undertaking. So far as share of respondent no.4 is concerned, since it is reported that he is no more, an appropriate order will be passed at later stage.
