In para 3 of the Application, specific contention is made that, except Applicants, there are no other legal representatives of the deceased Appellant No. 1(b). The Application is supported by an affidavit. Hence, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause. 5.

The amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks.
