JULY 02, 2025 1) The applicants/respondents No.1 to 3 have moved this application to direct the appellant to deposit the enhanced compensation amount as per the judgment dated 30/04/2024, as it failed to deposit the same in compliance with the order. 2) In response, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that it will deposit the said amount within four weeks from today. 3) Her statement is accepted. Considering the same, the appellant is directed to deposit the enhanced compensation amount as per the order dated 30/04/2024 in the Court within four weeks from today; failing which, necessary orders will be passed to secure the presence of the Officer, who will be responsible for the said lapse.
