DATED : 13-08-2025 CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO 2881 OF 2025 The applicant/appellant has moved this application to permit it to deposit the awarded compensation amount in the Court within three weeks.

Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application, the application is allowed, as prayed. The applicant is permitted to deposit the cheque of the compensation amount in the Court by 03.09.2025. It is made clear that no further time will be granted as the appeal was dismissed on 30.04.2024.

CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO 2116 OF 2025 Applicant/respondent No.1 has filed this application for withdrawal of the amount along with the interest accrued thereon lying in this Court, for which learned counsel for appellant has given no objection as the appeal was dismissed on 30.04.2024. In view of this, the application is allowed, as prayed.

Registrar(J) is directed to transmit the balance amount along with interest accrued thereon in the bank account of the applicant within six weeks on his/her furnishing bank account details to the Registry. The application is disposed of.

CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO 755 OF 2025.

Applicant/respondent No.1 has filed this application to direct the appellant to deposit the enhanced compensation amount in the court. In response, learned counsel for appellant submitted that on 04.08.2025, the appellant had already deposited the entire amount along with interest and filed Pursis in that regard on 4.8.2025. 3.

In view of the above, the prayer in the application does not survive. Hence, the application is dismissed as infructuous.

Registrar(J) is directed to transmit the compensation amount along with interest accrued thereon to the bank account of the applicant within six weeks on his/her furnishing bank account details to the Registry. The application is disposed of. CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO 805 OF 2025 AND CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO 754 OF 2025 Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that she has received the instructions that the appellant is going to deposit the cheque of compensation amount on or before 03.09.2025 and therefore urged to extend the time to deposit the cheque. 3.

Having considered the aforesaid submissions and the order dated 02.07.2025, by way of last chance, time is extended to deposit the compensation amount along with interest accrued thereon till 03.09.2025, failing which, this Court will be constrained to initiate necessary proceedings against the officer who will be found responsible for non-compliance of the order of this Court. 4.

List the matters on 03.09.2025.
