By this application the applicants' seek leave to file appeal challenging the judgment and decree dated 19.06.2013 by the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Darwha in L.A.C. No.1671/2004.

Learned counsel for the applicants submit that the applicants are legal representatives of the original claimant and are entitled for grant of leave to file appeal. 3.

Having regard to the contents of the application and the submissions advanced, the civil application is allowed. Applicants' are granted leave to file appeal. 4.
