It is stated in the application that in order to avoid delay in service, the appellant wants to serve aforesaid respondents by way of paper publication.
Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the appellant is allowed to serve aforesaid respondents by substituted service on the last known address by paper publication.
Substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondents by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Punniya Nagri' Yavatmal Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
