The learned counsel appearing for the claimant Nitin Gangadhar Sawarkar has filed this application for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellant. 2.

The amount of Rs.76,72,780/- along with 7% p.a interest was granted by the Tribunal, which is challenged by the appellant and the amount of Rs. 1,05,47,093/- is deposited by the appellant in this Court on 14.06.2024.

The learned counsel appearing for the nonapplicants has stated that there is disability of 80% and still the claimant Nitin Gangadhar Sawarkar has not received any amount.

The claimant is allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount on usual undertaking.

Registry is directed to release the amount within a period of two weeks.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
