This Court while allowing the appeal, directed the respondent to pay the amount of compensation of Rs.8,00,000/- in the ratio of 50% to appellant no.1, 10% each to appellant nos.2 and 3 and 15% each to appellant nos.4 and 5 by depositing the amount in their bank accounts directly.

By the present application, it is submitted that appellant nos.4 and 5 died and appellant nos.1 to 3 are the only legal heirs of appellant nos.4 and 5. Since apportionment of share of appellant nos.1 to 3 is already decided in the appeal, the share of appellant nos.4 and 5 be equally distributed amongst appellant nos.1 to 3. 4.
Accordingly, respondent-Railway is directed to deposit the share of deceased appellant nos.4 and 5 in the account of respondent nos.1 to 3 equally.

It is informed that till date the bank account details have not been shared by the appellants and therefore, the respondent could not remit the amount to the appellants. 6.
It is made clear that appellant nos.1 to 3 shall provide the bank account details to the respondent within two weeks from today and thereafter within four weeks, the respondent shall deposit the amount of compensation, as stated above, in the respective bank accounts of appellant nos.1 to 3.

The application is allowed and disposed of. No costs.
