By this Application, the Appellants sought direction against the Respondent to transfer the amount of compensation along with accrued interest directly in the account of Appellants. 2.

This Court, by Judgment dated 11/1/2024 disposed of the Appeal and specifically directed to deposit the compensation amount directly in the bank account of the Appellants, subject to furnishing bank details by the concerned Claimants. However, as per the prevailing practice their verification is required to be done by the Registry and after satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial), the amount can be deposited directly to the account of the concerned Claimants/Appellants. Hence, the Claimants are required to get verified themselves before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

In view of above, present Application cannot be allowed. However, it is made clear that the Appellants/Claimants are entitled to withdraw the amount, subject to satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).
