This Court, by Judgment dated 17/2/2020 partly allowed the Appeal and directed the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to pay the compensation of Rs.3,21,000/- per hectare for acquired land admeasuring 0.22 HR out of 2.43 HR.

By the present Application, Respondent No.1 seeks permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the Appellants in this Court.

Considering the fact that Appeal is finally decided by this Court, the Respondent No.1 is entitled to withdraw the amount along with the interest accrued thereon as per the Judgement of this Court, subject to satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). The balance amount which will be lying in this Court
