By this application, the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.7 seek direction for disbursement of share of the respondent No.7 in equal proportion amongst them. It is pointed out by an Order dated 22.01.2025, this Court has already permitted the respondents including the respondent No.7 to withdraw 50% of the deposited compensation amount in equal proportion.

Thereafter, on 23.01.2025 the respondent No.7 died and thus, the legal representatives of respondent No.7 are entitled for his share. Hence, they pray for disbursal of the share of the respondent No.7 in equal proportions amongst them. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents does not oppose the said application.

In view of this, the civil application is allowed. The legal representatives of respondent No.7 who are already on record being respondent Nos.1 and 4 to 6 are entitled for disbursal of the share of respondent No.7 in equal proportion. Accordingly, the civil application is disposed of.
