JULY 03, 2025 1) The applicant/appellant has moved these applications to condone the delay for setting aside abatement order and bringing legal heirs of respondent No.1 on record, for which Mr.Najbile, learned counsel appearing for legal heirs of respondent No.1(a) to (f) as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader Mrs.Dhande, for respondent No.2 have given no objection.

2) Having considered the reasons stated in the application, as well as no objection given by the learned counsel for the respondents, both these applications are allowed as prayed. 3) The applicant is directed to bring the legal heirs of respondent No.1 on record within two weeks and supply the amended copy of the appeal memo to all the respondents. 4) List the matter on 23/07/2025.
