It is stated in the application that during the pendency of the appeal, Appellant No. 2A expired therefore appellants pray for deletion of the name of the said appellant.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. The appellants are permitted to delete the name of aforesaid Appellant No. 2A at their own risk.
