By the present application, the non-applicant no.1/Claimant seeks permission to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the AppellantAcquiring Body before this Court in pursuance of the judgment and Award dated 13th March, 2023 in Case No.2016/AMT/AMT/2018 of mouza Degao, Taluka and district Amravati.

Considering the claim of the non-applicant no.1/Claimant and to meet the financial necessity, it would be just and proper to permit the non-applicant no.1 to withdraw 50% amount along with proportionate accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking and 25% of amount with proportionate accrued interest on execution of solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
