The original appellantUmashankar Gautam has died and the applicants are his legal heirs. Also, heirship certificate is granted by the Civil Judge Junior Division, Yavatmal in favour of the applicants, which is on record.

Hence, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the deposited amount along with accrued interest equally.
