By the present application, the applicantinsurance company seeks condonation of delay of 14 days caused while lodging the appeal against the judgment and award dated 18.08.2025 passed in MACP No. 781/2018 by the Chairman, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nagpur. 3.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable on 01.07.2026.

In addition to the regular mode of service, the applicant is also permitted to serve the non-applicants by Speed-post.

On the grounds set out in the application, the effect, operation and execution of the the judgment and award dated 18.08.2025 passed in MACP No. 781/2018 by the Chairman, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nagpur is hereby stayed subject to deposit of the entire amount of compensation along with accrued interest before this Court within a period of eight weeks from today.
