By the present application, the applicant/ insurance company seeks condonation of delay of 7 days caused while lodging the appeal against the judgment and award dated 16.08.2025 passed in MACP No. 420/2019 by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-1, Nagpur.

Issue notice to the non-applicants, returnable on 22.06.2026.

In addition to the regular mode of service, the applicant is also permitted to serve the non-applicants by Speed-post.

By the present application, the applicantinsurance company prayed for stay to the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 16.08.2025 passed in MACP No. 420/2019 by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-1, Nagpur.

For the reasons set out in the application, the impugned judgment and award is hereby stayed subject to deposit of the entire compensation amount along with accrued interest in this Court within a period of 8 weeks from today. The application disposed of accordingly. 7.

It is made clear that if the applicant fails to deposit the amount within the stipulated period, in that event the stay granted by this Court automatically stands vacated without further reference to the Court.
