By this application, the appellants are seeking modification of judgment and order dated 11.09.2023. 2.

It appears that appellant no.3 - Pramila Wd/o Laxman Chavan died prior to pronouncement of judgment by the Tribunal however, the appeal on behalf of deceaed Pramila came to be filed, which ought not to have been done.

Be that as it may, since appellant no.3 - Pramila died before filing of the appeal, her name is required to be deleted and appropriate modification is required to be made in order to have proper disbursement of compensation. Hence, following modification in the judgment order dated 11.09.2023 be made.

[i] Name of appellant no.3 - Pramila Wd/o Laxman Chavan be deleted from the title clause.

Correction be carried out and corrected order be uploaded accordingly.
