The contention is that in the Adhar card of respondent no.1, the name of the father of respondent no.1/applicant is shown as 'Bherulal', instead of 'Bherumal'

Therefore, Registry is directed to allow withdrawal of the amount in the name of Pushkaraj alias Pravin Bherulal Katariya, on furnishing an affidavit before the Registry that 'Pushkaraj alias Pravin Bherulal Katariya' and 'Pushkaraj alias Pravin Bherumal Katariya', are one and the same person.

The application is allowed and disposed of.
