1, 2 & 5 by way of paper publication. It is stated in the application that the addresses of the said respondents are the same and this is the last known addresses of the said respondents. Thus, the applicant wants to serve aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid Respondent Nos. 1, 2 & 5 by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Nav Bharat and Lokmat', in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
