For the reasons mentioned in the application, the abatement is set aside, the delay of 20 days caused while lodging the application for bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent no. 2 on record is hereby condoned. The appellant is permitted to bring legal heirs of deceased respondent no. 2 on record.
