NO. 1272/2025 IN FIRST APPEAL NO. 302/2013 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated :08/04/2025 This application is filed for seeking permission to delete the name of Appellant No. 1- Shantabai wd/o Ramaji Khobare from the array of appellants. It is stated that during the pendency of this appeal, the Appellant No. 1 died. Copy of the death certificate is annexed with the application. Thus, the applicants want to delete the name of Appellant No. 1 from the array of the appellants.

Since, the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. The applicant is permitted to delete the name of Appellant No. 1 from the array of the appellants, at the risk of the appellant. Necessary amendment be carried out.
