C.A.F. NO. 1276/2025 IN F.A. NO. 902/2013 Coram : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) Dated : 08/04/2025 This application is filed by the applicants for bringing the legal heirs of the deceased appellant Shri Sukhdeo Kachru Sable on record.

It is stated in the application that during the pendency of the present matter, the appellant expired on 08/01/2025 leaving behind his heirs.

Death Certificate is annexed with application. The application is supported by affidavit.

It is seen that the petitioner expired on 08/01/2025 during the pendency of the matter and the present application is filed on 02/04/2025 i.e.

within time stipulated and right to sue survives.

Hence, the application is allowed.

Permission is granted to the applicants to bring the legal heirs of the aforesaid deceased appellant on record. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the matter.
