ATE : JULY 08, 2025 1) The applicants/respondents No.1, 2 and 4 have filed this application to permit them to withdraw the compensation amount lying in this Court, as the appellant has withdrawn the appeal before the Lok Adalat on 09/09/2023, for which learned counsel for the appellant has given no objection.

2) On perusal of the order dated 09/09/2023 passed by the panel of the Lok Adalat, it appears that the appellant has withdrawn the appeal and therefore, the same was disposed of as withdrawn. The panel also granted liberty to the claimants/respondents No.1, 2, and 4 to withdraw the amount as per the Tribunal's order. 3) Learned counsel for the applicants/respondents No.1, 2 and 4 also submitted that during the pendency of the appeal, the applicant/respondent No.3 Ambadas Jayramji Sonukale expired on 27/10/2022 and

2 05-CAF 1315.2025.doc applicants/respondents No.1, 2 and 4 are the legal heirs of deceased Ambadas, and they are already on record, therefore, he submitted that the amount to the share of the deceased Ambadas be distributed amongst the respondents No.1, 2 and 4 equally, for which also learned counsel for the appellant has given no objection. 4) In view of the above, the application is allowed as prayed. Applicants/respondents No.1, 2, and 4 are permitted to withdraw the amount as per the judgment and award of the Tribunal, provided they furnish their bank account details to the Registry.

5) On receipt of the bank accounts details, the Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the amount in the respective bank accounts of the applicants/respondents No.1, 2 and 4 as per the Judgment and award and the amount of the share of the applicant No.3 deceased Ambadas be distributed to the applicants No.1, 2 and 4 in equal share within four weeks.
