1 and 2 by way of paper publication. As per application, R.Nos. 1 and 2 could not be served for want of correct address. It is further stated that respondents are deliberately avoiding the service of notice.

Thus, the applicant wants to serve aforesaid respondents by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondents by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Dainik Janmadhyam' Amravati Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
