This Application is for condonation of delay, setting aside abatement and bringing on record the legal heirs of of deceased Respondent no. 1/Claimant Gulab Rajaram Dangore. A copy of death certificate showing the name of Respondent no. 1 is enclosed with the Application. 3.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (A), (B) and (C) 4.

The amendment to be carried out within a period of one week.
