As stated in the application, the aforesaid respondent could not be served for want of correct address.

Further it is stated that the address mentioned in the cause title is the same address which was mentioned in the original claim petition before Tribunal. Thus, the appellant want to serve aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Marathi Maha Sagar, Nagpur Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
