This Court, by Judgment dated 28/2/2019, modified the Judgment of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal and also reduced the rate of interest from 12% per annum to 9% per annum. All the parties are claiming that they are entitled for reimbursement of the amount.

In view of this, parties are directed to file pursis on record stating their entitlement of the amount for reimbursement of the amount.
