As stated in the application, notice issued to R.No. 4 received back unserved as the noticee was not residing on the given address. The appellant tried to search the detailed address of the respondent, but could not get the same. Thus, the appellant want to serve aforesaid respondent by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper in Beed (in Marathi language) in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
