This is an application seeking permission to withdraw the amount of award.

Considering the grounds raised in the memo of appeal and the contention made in the application that respondent no.2 require the amount for higher education, coupled with the fact that respondent no.1 has already withdrawn the amount of Rs.8,57,250/-, respondent nos.2 and 3 are permitted to withdraw Rs.12,00,000/- (Rupees Twelve lakhs only) each on furnishing usual undertaking. 4.

Since, the amount is required for education purpose, the Nazir to expedite the process of payment to respondent nos.2 and 3.

The application is allowed and disposed of. No costs -
