The appeal has already been disposed of and the principle amount has already been permitted to be withdrawn by the applicants/respondent nos.4 and 5. Therefore, the accrued interest on the amount deposited by the appellant is allowed to be withdrawn by the applicants/respondent nos.4 and 5, equally.

The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. No costs.
