JUNE 25, 2025 1) The applicant/respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have moved this application for permitting them to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant with the Registrar, Land Acquisition, Resettlement and Rehabilitation Authority, Nagpur. 2) Learned counsel for the appellant opposes the withdrawal of the same.

3) Considering the reasons disclosed in the application and objection raised by the learned counsel for the appellant, I deem it appropriate to permit the applicants/respondents No.1 and 2 to withdraw the amount to the extent of 75% along with accrued interest thereon deposited by the appellant with the aforesaid Authority on usual terms and conditions. Accordingly, the application is partly allowed.

4) The aforesaid Authority is directed to transfer the amount to the extent of 75% along with accrued interest thereon in the bank accounts of applicants/respondents No.1 and 2 in

2 02-FA 1211.2024.odt proportionate amounts as per the Award within three weeks on their furnishing their bank account details to the Authority. 5) Inform the concerned Authority accordingly.
