As stated in the application, R.Nos. 1 and 2 could not be served for want of correct address. Further, it is stated that no other address except the one mentioned in the cause title of the appeal is available. Thus, the appellant wants to serve aforesaid respondents by way of paper publication.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondents by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper 'Marathi Mahasagar', Gondia Edition in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
